6228 – Query Report Training

Issue Summary: [6228] Customer requested training on Query Report and provided time slots for the session.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team created a new ticket, sent updates to the customer, and scheduled two possible time slots for the training session. After further communication with the customer, the final date and time were agreed upon (22nd of November 2024 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm), and calendar invites would be sent soon.
