5964 – Fwd:SQL User access level

Issue Summary: [5964] Create a new SQL database user with read-only permissions for specific databases.

Resolution / Workaround: A new database user was created and given read-only permission for only two databases (LIVE_SEALION, LIVE_SIRIUS). The customer’s request to hide all other databases from the user account was not possible.
