8282 – purchase blanket agrreement

Issue Summary: [8282] Import error occurred while importing Purchase Blanket Agreement template files using DTW, due to spaces in column headers and thousand separators in data.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by clearing the spaces in the ‘PlannedAmountLC’ column headers and removing the thousand separators from the data. After making these changes, the import process was successful.
