4688 – System Set up Document Numbering

Issue Summary: [4688] Client requested setup of new period indicator, posting periods, and numbering series for the fiscal year (2024-2025) in four databases.

Resolution / Workaround: The IT team performed the following steps: created a new Period Indicator for the year 2024 – 2025, created new Posting Periods linked to the corresponding Period Indicator, created new Numbering Series linked to the respective Period Indicator, and assigned the Numbering Series to certain SAP users as Default.
