7932 – Default Vendor

Issue Summary: [7932] Default Vendor records were deleted from Item records, and the change log did not show any record of deletion. The issue occurred on January 10th.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by re-adding the deleted Vendor records to the affected Items. A phone conversation with Ko Kyaw Zin Htay confirmed that the Vendor records were restored on January 11th, and a subsequent check showed that the Vendor records are still present. The ticket was closed on February 11th.
