6415 – Item Cost Issue
Issue Summary: [6415] The SAP system is taking a wrong item cost of ‘55.205’ for the item ‘RM0009’ during the ‘issue for production’ process, causing issues with preparing P/L and Trail Balance sheet.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was found to be related to the cumulative quantity column being blank in the Inventory Audit Report. The SAP team was notified with high priority, and further investigation is required. A remote session was scheduled to investigate further.
