6296 – Incoming Payment Error

Issue Summary: [6296] Incoming payment error due to missing mapping for fixed asset item group and blank project code.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by checking the BU Customization, identifying the missing dimension in the JE, and verifying that the mapping table data matched with the actual data. The problem was caused by a missing validation on the Fixed Asset Item mapping table. After removing the invalid data, the incoming payment error was resolved.
