Resolution / Workaround: The Year End Closing Process for the Fiscal Year (2022-2023) of SHI was performed. The process involved taking a backup of the Live Database, performing the Year End Closing Process in the Testing Database first, and then restoring the Testing Database from the Live database. After verifying the result in the Testing Database, the process was completed in the Live Database.
