6112 – Account Access Error

Issue Summary: [6112] SAP account access error, unable to access the system.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved after an Anydesk session with Ma Yu Yu, where SLNLOG06 was able to use the system. The Support Team will continue to monitor this issue until Friday and advise to contact them if the issue occurs again.
