6271 – Approval Process

Issue Summary: [6271] The approval process was not displaying data in the remark field, causing an issue for Min Htun.

Resolution / Workaround: After investigation, it was found that the Overcreditterm15MDY template had been customized by the VG team to display due date information automatically in the remarks field. However, no data was showing as expected. The issue could not be reproduced, and the ticket was closed with a suggestion to reopen if the problem arises again.
