8436 – Item Code has not been integrated into MEW DB

Issue Summary: [8436] Item Code has not been integrated into MEW DB due to unable to connect server (DI API) issue.

Resolution / Workaround: The problem was caused by a transaction traffic issue, where Item Codes were being added to B2B first and then other databases. To resolve this, it was suggested to trigger Add Event in SAP for Item Code Creation and Item Prices Adding separately. The customer confirmed that the ticket can be closed.
