6049 – Ticket Count per Database Request

Issue Summary: [6049] Client requested a ticket consumption report segmented by database (FTC, FIL, FEE) but was informed that this is not possible. A general ticket consumption report for 2024 was provided instead.

Resolution / Workaround: Acknowledged client’s request, explained that providing the report segmented by each database is not feasible, and sent a general ticket consumption report for January to October as an alternative.
