7845 – Please Check & Resolve Incorrect Sale Integration Error Log

Issue Summary: [7845] The integration with the sales system is causing an error log due to insufficient quantity for item 93C-CT RC-01 in warehouse.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by re-running the integration. The root cause identified was that the Integration Run Date was set to Jan 1, and at that time, the quantity was zero. A re-run of the integration was performed, which fixed the issue.
