7386 – Issue with Purchase Order Print Form – Missing Commercial Tax Row

Issue Summary: [7386] The Commercial Tax row was missing from the Purchase Order print form, which was previously resolved but reappeared after a period of time.

Resolution / Workaround: Upon investigation, it was found that the original reference print form did not include the Commercial Tax field. The issue was resolved by adding the Commercial Tax field to the updated print form.
