4912 – Errors in Customized P&L Rpt, Journal Entry, AP Invoice and Landed Cost (2023 FY)

Issue Summary: [4912] Error ‘Date deviates from permissible range’ when canceling a Journal Entry due to incorrect Posting Date and Due Date settings.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as the JE No. (265457) being created with a System Date of 08.01.2024 and a Posting Date of 30.12.2023, which conflicted with the Due Date From setting for the ‘2024-01’ period. To resolve this, the Due Date From was updated to 01.12.2023, allowing the JE to be canceled successfully.
