6311 – Closing Balance not include in Statement of Cash Flow

Issue Summary: [6311] Closing balance not included in Statement of Cash Flow due to missing General Ledger (G/L) accounts.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by adding the newly created G/L accounts to both the Opening Cash Balance and Closing Cash Balance. The steps taken were: Navigate to Financial Report Templates, select Opening/Closing Cash Balance, right-click and choose Account Category – Details, add the G/L account in the G/L Tab, and click Update.
