Issue Summary: [6034] The customer requested the ticket usage report for the year, including tickets created from January 1st to October 3rd.

Resolution / Workaround: A Ticket Consumption Report was provided to the customer, which included tickets created from January 1st, 2024 to October 3rd, 2024. The customer will review the report and provide feedback via email once the ticket is closed.
