4252 – AP Cannot Cancel-Issue

Issue Summary: [4252] Client wants to cancel AP Invoices with Cost ‘1’ Kyat and re-open AP Invoices with Cost ‘0’ Kyat.

Resolution / Workaround: The client was advised to open new AP Invoices with Cost ‘0’ Kyat, then create an AP Credit Memo for the previously opened AP Invoices with Cost ‘1’ Kyat. Additionally, if necessary, journal entries were suggested to adjust gain/loss amounts posted in the AP Credit Memo.
