6037 – SAP Journal Entry Error

Issue Summary: [6037] SAP system shows disconnected state when adding an Excel file, resulting in a journal entry error.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by reinstalling the DI API after suspecting that it had crashed. The client performed a restart of the Add-on and proper logout from the system as suggested, but the problem persisted until the DI API was reinstalled.
