6364 – SOCI excel report run error

Issue Summary: [6364] SOCI Excel report run error with ‘The micro may not be available’ error message.

Resolution / Workaround: Enabled all macros and Trust access to the VBA project object model under File >> Options >> Trust Center >> Trust Center Settings in Microsoft Office settings.
