4657 – Deprecation cancel error

Issue Summary: [4657] Error occurred while attempting to cancel depreciation due to transactions being posted for Fixed Assets in January 2024.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was explained that the Depreciation could not be cancelled because the transactions were already posted for Fixed Assets such as Retirement or Sub-capitalization on Jan 2024.
