6224 – Add on error

Issue Summary: [6224] SAP users experiencing issues logging in due to Add-on connection problems, resulting in inability to use SAP system.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved on one PC by applying a fix. The AMT team will apply the solution to the remaining PCs and monitor the situation for two days before closing the ticket.
