6863 – Good Return Error

Issue Summary: [6863] The client encountered a ‘General error;2048 column store error’ when attempting to add items in the Goods Return process, with an error message referencing ‘ASC_LIVE’.

Resolution / Workaround: After analyzing the stored procedures ‘SBO_SP_TRANSACTIONNOTIFICATION’, the suspected coding was identified as the cause of the issue. The client tested modifying the coding in a testing database and confirmed that it resolved the problem. The modification was then applied to the ASC_Live database, and the Goods Return process was successfully completed.
