5888 – AGING REPORT ISSUE

Issue Summary: [5888] The Aging Report print form layout was incorrect when choosing the Customer Statement Report (Customized) option.

Resolution / Workaround: A workaround solution was provided to click ‘Preview’ first and then print, which resolved the issue. The root cause identified was an unstable network on the Beyond Side, which caused stuck Print jobs. The Infra Team fixed the issue.
