6309 – ECG: Draft document report

Issue Summary: [6309] The draft document report function was not displaying created draft purchase orders, showing a ‘Data is not available’ message when selecting manager or finance users in the selection criteria.

Resolution / Workaround: After conducting a remote session, it was found that the issue was due to no relevant data being available in the system for the selected criteria. When the PR user was selected, the report attempted to load but failed to retrieve any data despite draft purchase orders existing in the system. The support team suggested continuing with creating new purchase orders directly in the system as a temporary workaround until further analysis could be done.
