6136 – Shwe Lamin Nagar – Duplicate DO print form and update with header and address

Issue Summary: [6136] Client requested to duplicate the DO Print Form and update Header and Address.

Resolution / Workaround: Four new Crystal Reports print forms were created for two databases (SLN and Royal Smart): 1. Delivery Order (SLN_Smart), 2. Delivery Order (SLN_Splendid), 3. RS_Delivery Order (Smart), and 4. RS_Delivery Order (Splendid).
