4473 – Login error support request

Issue Summary: [4473] Users from LOH are experiencing login errors to SAP after refreshing the browser, but can successfully log in when trying again.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was identified as a temporary browser refresh error. Users were advised to try logging in again without refreshing the browser.
