6102 – Log 32 lock out error

Issue Summary: [6102] SHILOG32 user was automatically logged out of SAP and could not log in back due to another user being logged into the same account.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved when the other user logged out of the account, allowing the SHILOG32 user to log in successfully. The root cause identified was concurrent login attempts by multiple users on the same account.
