6932 – Request for Analysis: 122401 Account USD Amount Not Matching Between AP Reserve and GRPO

Issue Summary: [6932] Discrepancy in USD amounts between AP Reserve and GRPO for the same PO item, using the same exchange rate.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was not able to be reproduced on the support team’s end. The client was asked to provide a testing database for further investigation. After conducting a joint analysis with the client, it was found that there were discrepancies in journal entries with USD amounts. However, the underlying business process for these transactions could not be understood, and more information was requested from the client to conduct a thorough investigation.
