7506 – Asset History Sheet Balance & COA Balance Difference

Issue Summary: [7506] The trial report and asset history sheet balance discrepancy was caused by a reversal manual journal entry that incorrectly capitalized the entire amount instead of just the retirement amount.

Resolution / Workaround: A debit adjustment was made to 11101151 – MDY Fixed Asset – IT Equipments, and a corresponding credit adjustment was made to 11101191 – MDY Asset Clearing AC.
