Issue Summary: [6225] Customer requested training on how to delete log files.

Resolution / Workaround: A support ticket was created for the customer, and a discussion session was scheduled via Google Meet to provide knowledge sharing and discussion on infra-related processes and concerns. The customer was advised to confirm deletion of specific folders in the tmp folder.
