21 – Luckyman – Setting up approval template

Issue Summary: [21] Client requested modification to approval template for customized credit limit control, excluding cash sales and allowing customers to adjust payment terms.

Resolution / Workaround: Created UDT (User Defined Type) and UDF (User Defined Field) for ‘Adjustable Days’, revised the Approval query with new adjustable days variable. The modifications were made within a support ticket, avoiding additional man-days.
