8109 – Special instruction did not appear in Delivery Print Form

Issue Summary: [8109] Special instruction did not appear in Delivery Print Form due to a third-party customization overwriting the UDF-Special Instruction with Customer Ref. No./PickID for transactions originating from Shopify.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was identified as a customization in Transaction Notification that falls outside the current support scope. A functional workaround was provided, and it was recommended to update the UDF manually after adding delivery documents or raise a Change Request to modify the existing customization.
