7777 – Item code has not been integrated into the MEW database

Issue Summary: [7777] Item code was not integrated into the MEW database due to an exception error found in BPA logs.

Resolution / Workaround: The integration issue for ItemCode (212SFXWW2923-1S-1) between SHI and MEW DB was resolved by manually running BPA. The root cause of the issue was identified as an exception error found in BPA logs.
