4115 – SAP VCS login session error

Issue Summary: [4115] SAP VCS login session error occurred, which was resolved after killing the session from the Infra team.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by having the Infra team kill the SAP VCS login session, allowing the user to access the system again.
