6122 – SAP B1 User Request
Issue Summary: [6122] A new SAP B1 user account was requested for Clarence Low, with the same function as existing sales team members.
Resolution / Workaround: The support team created a new user account for Clarence Low in SAP B1 and provided him with username and password via email. The issue was resolved after verifying that the new user could successfully log in to the system.
