6166 – Amount disappearing in the Landed Cost at FXBPRO07 user

Issue Summary: [6166] The PRO07 user was unable to see the amount (MMK) in the landed cost document while doing ‘copy from’ GRPO.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by copying the Form Settings from the Pro02 user to the Pro07 user. The root cause of the problem is inconsistencies in the user column preferences (CPRF table), which can be fixed by creating an incident with SAP and resetting user preferences to default.
