5986 – DTW Error

Issue Summary: [5986] DTW error occurs when updating BP Address with Row Number, causing import process to fail after switching from Ericom to TSPlus.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by ensuring that the ‘Line Number’ in the DTW template matches the sequence (0 for the first address, 1 for the second, and so on) as obtained from executing the query in the database. This corrected approach allowed successful import of DTW data into TSPlus.
