7900 – The ITR isn’t integrated into the YDB DB

Issue Summary: [7900] The ITR was not integrated into the YDB DB, despite PO update. The issue was caused by SLD being down and DI API Integration Service stopping.

Resolution / Workaround: The integration service is now running normally. A PO update has been performed to resolve the issue. Further investigation of other integrations will be done in a separate ticket (7903).
