4981 – assets cannot retirement

Issue Summary: [4981] Assets cannot be retired due to invalid depreciation type and uncaptured fixed assets.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by updating the valid period of depreciation type for Fixed Assets and capitalizing the uncaptured fixed assets. The root cause identified was an invalid depreciation type and uncaptured fixed assets, which were corrected through these steps.
