6751 – Discussion on SAP Login and Printing Issues

Issue Summary: [6751] SAP login and printing issues, including invalid credential errors and file print errors.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved through a series of meetings with the client to discuss and troubleshoot the problems. The team implemented automatic clearing of the print queue to resolve the PDF saving issue when printing. Additionally, it was determined that there were no users affected by the UI form changing issue at the time of resolution.
