8231 – Request to Add “Remark” Field in Delivery Note Print Form (Same as SO)

Issue Summary: [8231] Client requested to add ‘Remark’ field to the Delivery Note Print Form, similar to Sales Order print form.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team updated two Delivery print forms in the Sea Lion database: Delivery Note(BTST Addresses)_V2 and SL_Delivery Note_update_NewLogo(20170320) (New Description). The old print forms were saved under VG_Temp > Ticket 8231 folder.
