6317 – Log01 Posting Period Error
Issue Summary: [6317] User encountered a Log01 Posting Period Error when trying to log in to the UAT Database.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by advising the user to check their current posting period and create new ones if needed. The root cause identified was that the user used the UAT Database, which doesn’t have the updated posting period. The user can use the system as before when logging in to the Live Database.
