6169 – Mifida – SAP SR Ticket Report for Aug to Oct 24

Issue Summary: [6169] Request for a list of all SR tickets raised by Mifida as of Oct 24 along with the current status.

Resolution / Workaround: A Ticket List Report was provided in an updated format, and it was informed that Mifida has (10) ticket entitlements, of which (6) tickets have been counted. The ticket will be closed shortly.
