4955 – New Calculation on Outgoing Payment Print format

Issue Summary: [4955] User requested to add a new calculation on outgoing payment print format for foreign currency transactions, showing MMK instead of USD.

Resolution / Workaround: The user will manually enter the exchange rate every time they want to print it out. The layout will be the same as the current print form called ‘Outgoing Payment with Rate HO’.
