Issue Summary: [5562] The customer was experiencing issues with the General Ledger Report, requiring a workaround solution to ensure all entries were visible on the page before exporting to Excel.

Resolution / Workaround: A workaround solution was provided by SAP: Run the General Ledger Report, press ‘Ctrl+End’ before selecting the ‘Export to Excel’ option, and then click the ‘Export to Excel’ button once all entries are displayed.
