5985 – Want to Update the data for Township (UDF) in BP Master Data

Issue Summary: [5985] Customer requested to add a new ‘Township’ field in BP Master Data and update existing data using the Data Importing Function.

Resolution / Workaround: The customer’s requirements were broken down into three separate tickets: #6000 for adding the ‘Township’ UDF, #5985 for updating the data, and #6002 for displaying the updated data in customized reports. The CTEC team handled ticket #6000, while the support team assisted with tickets #5985 and #6002. A session was arranged to demonstrate how to update the data using the Excel Import Function in SAP.
