6077 – Error_needs project assignment in Landed Cost

Issue Summary: [6077] Error message ‘G/L account 522101 needs project assignment; fill in project-related fields’ while creating a landed cost document.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by explaining to the client how to work with project assignment in COA and the behavior of Cost Accounting and Dimensions. The default option for G/L accounts is ‘Without Warning’, which allows SAP Business One to release postings without warning, but prevents releasing postings with an error message if a distribution rule or project code is not assigned.
