6171 – Form setting error in sales order

Issue Summary: [6171] The client was experiencing an error with form settings in sales orders, despite previous solutions having been implemented.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team explained that to access the ‘Form Setting’, users need to disconnect the Add-on by following these steps: Go to Administration >> Add-Ons >> Add-On Manager. Select the Add-On (B1 Usability Package) and click the ‘Stop’ button. After updating the Form Setting, please click the ‘Start’ button in the Add-On Manager so that the Add-on will affect customization according to the operation’s need.
