4024 – Unit Price Error

Issue Summary: [4024] Unit prices of items were incorrectly displayed by deducting the Tax amount automatically due to a price list configuration issue.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as the Gross Price Mode in the price list (Selling Price-MDY). To resolve, it was suggested to change the tax code to ‘X0’ when creating an AR Invoice if not using the ‘C1’ tax code to show unit prices as defined in the original price list.
